VAS employs an experienced leadership team, drawn from many cultures, backgrounds, and teaching skillsets.

 

VAS overall academic direction comes from the Senior Management Team - Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Xuan (School Principal), and the Executive Cluster School Directors

 

The Central Academic Division, lead by Ms. Eloise Martin (Central Academic Director), provides oversight on Academic Pathways and all curricula, supporting our campus management teams and teachers.

 

At a campus level, we have Cambridge Cluster Heads, supported by relevant Grade Leaders for Kindergarten, Primary, and Secondary levels. The majority of second interviews will be conducted by this management group.

 

Initial interviews, all recruitment processing, and on-boarding will be done by our Talent Acquisition & On-Boarding Team from our HR Department.
