I am Ms. Kelcie Lamont, the Head of Primary and Kindergarten at the beautiful Sunrise Campus of Vietnam Australia International School. I have been working in international and bilingual education for the past ten years across several countries in Asia and Central America. I hold two Master's degrees in Curriculum and Instruction and Education Administration, which have equipped me with a deep understanding of effective teaching practices and educational leadership.

My core belief is in the power of holistic education, ensuring that each student receives the quality education they rightfully deserve. I am deeply committed to nurturing the professional growth of my staff, providing coaching and support to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
