Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Team
Based in our centralised HR department, the Talent Acquisition team, with support from the Onboarding team, will manage all aspects of your application, interview processing, hopeful offer acceptance, and should you join us at VAS, all elements of your initial Visa and Work Permit application.
The team consists of both expat and local team members, who are available to answer your questions throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
Should you be shortlisted following your initial application, one of the team will arrange an initial interview with you. This will cover general experience, qualifications, your motivations for wanting to relocate and join VAS, our benefits package, the relocation process (including the documentation requirements), and to answer any general questions you may have.
All teachers will have a minimum of two interviews. Following the initial meeting with the TA team, if successful, we will then present your application to one of our campuses. We always try to match candidates with their preferred location where possible. The second interview will be a more formalised academically focused interview with, at the very least, the Grade Head at the campus, and likely the campus Director. A subject specialist may also join for candidates interviewing for A-Level teaching positions.
As part of our role in the TA team, we will actively try to best prepare you for the second interview. We want you to succeed as much as you do!
