Group Curriculum Coordinator Modern Foreign Languages – 2. Central Academic Division“Bonjour, tout le monde!” I am Eugène, from Paris (France) and I have been in education for over 20 years. I have taught French, Spanish and EAL in the UK where I lived for nearly 10 years. Since 2010, I have been working overseas in leading British international schools in the Bahamas, Vietnam, and Malaysia. A former football, basketball and track & field athlete and sports coach, I still try to stay fit and healthy. I also enjoy life-coaching and reading Economics and Philosophy & Ethics contents. Joining VAS Central Academic Team, I bring to bear wide experiences in both education and private sectors in life coaching, entrepreneurship, various senior school leadership roles, notably 3 years as a comprehensive Head of Secondary. Indefatigable and altruistic, I am committed to foster happy students able to achieve their full potential in a safe a conducive learning environment.
Serving as the VAS Modern Foreign Languages Coordinator, I am excited to share the joys of teaching and learning foreign languages and other cultures, building strong international competencies, in a world that is now more knitted together than ever!
