The Grade Leadership team, from Kindergarten through to Secondary, are drawn from a wide range of experiences and backgrounds.

Many of our leaders have progressed through the ranks of VAS, having joined a teachers, becoming subject leads and eventually Grade Leaders.

Typically, each campus has a Grade Leader (Head of Kindergarten, Head of Primary, Head of Secondary) for each age group, although at some locations they share Kindergarten & Primary responsibilities.

Whilst we do often promote internally for these positions, we are always looking to connect with leadership candidates from outside VAS, who can bring a fresh perspective and impetus to the role.
